To see if a website is secure, you have to look in the address bar of your web browser. If you only see “http://” before the web address, that means the page you are currently viewing is not secure. If you see “https://”, then you are secure. The “s” in “https” literally stands for “secure”. If you do not see “https://” in the address bar, you should never enter information such as a credit card number. Even things such as an address or phone number could lead to future problems if put in the wrong hands!
