Have you seen our new and improved FAQ Forum? If not, it’s time to take a look at the valuable information we’ve been collecting.

Our forum is now chock-full of answers and instructions for VaporStore customers and all vaporizer users! We’ve been working hard to get the answers you need posted on our website and made easily accessible for you to reference 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We’ve also created a public area for you to post comments, reviews, tips, and other useful ideas or information for other community members to read. At VaporStore it’s all about people helping people and we hope this new FAQ Forum will help bring our vaporizing community even closer together.

We’ll work on getting you an answer as quickly as possible and getting it posted for all to see.  We have already posted many troubleshooting tips and instructional guides for most vaporizers, accessories, etc.

Along with tips and tricks from experienced users and troubleshooting guides for the vaporizers we sell, we’ve also posted answers to many of the questions our customers have asked over the years, including details about our company information, shipping details, and return policies. If you have a question for us, chances are we’ve already got an answer posted for you in our new FAQ Forum. How to access the FAQ Forum:

  1. Go to our homepage www.vaporstore.com
  2. At the top right of the page you will see “FAQs” in bold white letters next to “CONTACT US” & “HOME”. Click “FAQs” and you’ll be taken to the forum page.
  3. Bookmark this page on your browser so you can easily reference it in the future.
  4. Look through our many tips & troubleshooting guides in the “Vaporizer Support” section or check out our “Store FAQs” if your question is regarding company policies or order information.
  5. Create an account and share your ideas and experiences in the “PUBLIC Vaporizer Support” section.
